Each first time cleaning visit requires an initial deep cleaning to bring the home or business back to Mama Maid’s maintenance clean level. During an initial deep clean, you will have between 1 to 3 Cleaning Technicians to work together to deep clean all areas thoroughly. Initial deep cleans typically take between 5-10 labor hours (i.e. 1 Cleaning Technician for 10 hours, 2 Cleaning Technicians for 5 hours) depending on the size of the home and occupants. After the initial deep clean, recurring services may be set up on a weekly, biweekly, triweekly or monthly basis. The purpose of the maintenance clean is to keep the home at the initial deep clean level. Pricing of recurring services is based upon how much time as passed between each cleaning.
